Focusing on your family’s financial goals has always been the core of Kurt’s mission. Starting in financial services in 2001, he has put an emphasis on helping families create a roadmap for financial independence by identifying what is truly important to their future.
Kurt founded Hagemann Wealth Management in 2008 with this sole mission in mind. Kurt feels that clients have the best chance of meeting their long term goals when they have a full understanding of the planning process. Because of this, he focuses on educating families on all aspects of their financial plan. This has led to him helping guide many families from beginning of the process, to children graduating from college and into their retirement.
Kurt believes strongly in giving back to his community and volunteers his time as much as possible. He currently serves on the board of directors for Batavia MainStreet as well as the board for Water Street Studios. He also currently serves and the chair of the City of Batavia’s Historic Preservation Commission.
A graduate of Drake University, Kurt holds his FINRA series 7 and 24 licenses through LPL Financial and series 66 license through LPL Financial and Hagemann Wealth Management, as well as numerous state insurance licenses. He received the Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation from the College for Financial Planning in 2006.
When he is not working, you can find Kurt watching his kids play Soccer and Baseball or performing music. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing soccer and volunteering. He lives in Batavia with his children Brianna and Nate.
